This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure cases with an experienced team serving a diverse client base in the construction and insurance industries.Job Description:* Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation* Defend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters* Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detail* Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients* Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environmentQualifications:* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in)* 3–10 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for construction, general liability, or insurance defense* Strong writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills* Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines* Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills* Ability to meet annual billable requirement of 1,800 hours (150 hours per month)Interested in hearing more?
