This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction defect and real estate litigation matters representing property owners, community associations, and commercial clients.Responsibilities

• Manage construction defect litigation matters from investigation through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Collaborate with construction experts, engineers, and consultants to evaluate defects and damages
