- * Handle construction defect matters involving residential, multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- * Represent clients in state and federal court litigation, arbitration, and mediation
- * Draft and respond to construction defect notices, pleadings, motions, discovery, and expert reports
- * Analyze construction contracts, plans, specifications, and related project documentation
- * Work with industry experts, including engineers, architects, and contractors
- * Conduct and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
- * Advise clients on risk management, claim evaluation, and dispute resolution strategies
- * Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex, multi-party construction disputes
- * Assist with client development and maintain strong client relationships
- * J.D. from an accredited law school
- * Admission to the Florida Bar (in good standing)
- * 2+ years of experience handling construction defect or construction litigation matters
- * Strong understanding of Florida construction defect statutes and related case law
- * Experience with expert-intensive litigation and technically complex matters
- * Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- * Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- * Experience representing developers, owners, contractors, design professionals, or insurers
- * Trial, arbitration, or evidentiary hearing experience
- * Familiarity with condominium and homeowner association construction defect claims
- * Business development or client-facing experience
