Job Description

Job Title: Construction Project Manager 3 Location: Reston , VA Salary Range: $95/hr to $105/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in managing complex technical construction environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience managing data center or mission-critical construction projects, or equivalent expertise.
Familiarity with hyperscale builds and infrastructure planning.
Experience with AWS and Bluebeam software.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Prior work experience in the industry or with similar clients.

Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Revit software.
Knowledge of client DCD standards.
Familiarity with hyperscale builds and infrastructure planning.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead projects from design through Ready for Service (RFS).
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contractor performance.
Drive safety performance, quality assurance, schedule adherence, and cost control.
Oversee commissioning, testing, turnover documentation, and operational readiness processes.
Strengthen cross-functional alignment with ITIM and regional delivery teams.
