Key Responsibilities
Construction Administration & Oversight
Financial Management & Cost Control
Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and logs. Track project correspondence, records, and contractual documentation. Support preparation of reports for leadership and contracting personnel.
Meetings & CoordinationParticipate in and support weekly progress meetings with stakeholders. Coordinate communication between contractors, government personnel, and project teams. Assist in resolving project issues and facilitating alignment across all parties. Quality Assurance & Inspections Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and ensure compliance with specifications. Track deficiencies and ensure timely resolution. Support testing and inspection processes across multiple construction disciplines.
Operational Impact & Risk ManagementEvaluate construction impacts on active medical center operations. Support phasing plans to maintain patient care, safety, and facility operations. Identify risks related to safety, access, utilities, and environmental conditions. Required Qualifications

$95,000 - $115,000 a year
Salary commensurate with experience and location.
