Job Title: Construction Manager 5 Location: San Antonio , TX Salary Range: $95/hr to $100/hr on W2
Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
- 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or related fields.
- Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members to maintain staff competence.
- Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility.
- Experience with BlueBeam software.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- PMI or PMP certification.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to achieve objectives.
