What You’ll Do

Manage and oversee construction inspection projects across multiple jurisdictions
Coordinate and support plan review processes to ensure compliance with building codes
Act as a liaison between inspectors, plan reviewers, contractors, and clients
Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy
Conduct site visits to support inspections and resolve complex field issues
Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and compliance records
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Support client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on construction management experience
Experience managing construction projects, field teams, or subcontractors
Experience working with municipalities or government agencies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field)

Work Environment

Hybrid role (field, office, and remote work)
Office based in Fort Worth, TX
