Construction Manager

We have a current need for a Construction Manager based in the Bay County, Duval County, and Palm Beach County area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor construction activities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Provide technical guidance and leadership
• Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in transmission engineering
• Experience with extreme high voltage (EHV) systems preferred
• Strong project management and field oversight skills

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $50.00 and $65.00 hourly and is an non-exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
