Job Description

For Project Manager services in the Capitals area.

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least (5+) years of experience in Project Management within the Regulated Industry.
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English). 
  • Soft Skills: Problem solving, excellent time management, and Good decision making. 
    • PE License
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Experience in:
    • Construction and Capital Projects in Pharmaceutical or Medica Devices Industry

    AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

    • Execute assigned capital projects from concept through close‑out, ensuring compliance with safety, cGMP, regulatory, and company standards.

    • Lead planning, coordination, and distribution of project resources and activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

    • Prepare and maintain the project itinerary/schedule, forecasts, cost tracking, and routine status reports.

    • Generate capital appropriation and justification documentation for assigned projects.

    • Support and develop cost estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, and materials.

    • Coordinate engineering design development, design reviews, documentation flow, and decision tracking with internal teams and external firms.

    • Lead and support project bidding/subasta processes, including bid package preparation, contractor evaluations, and award recommendations.

    • Oversee construction and contractor activities, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project milestones.

    • Coordinate daily activities with contractors and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Lead project meetings and provide technical support to operations through investigations, equipment assessments, and design input.
