Job Description

This PM role manages mid- to large-scale commercial, multifamily, and industrial projects from kickoff through closeout.
Perfect for PMs experienced enough to lead but looking to access larger, more visible work.

Description

* Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. * Oversee subcontractors and ensure field alignment with project goals. * Manage procurement, contracts, and cost reporting. * Conduct owner meetings and maintain transparent communication. * Drive safety, quality, and performance outcomes.

Profile

* 5-10 years of PM experience in commercial or multifamily construction. * Strong financial acumen and proven cost‑management success. * Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with field leadership. * Skilled in contract negotiations and client communication. * Effective at solving issues and keeping projects on track.

Job Offer
