Our client is a leading local general contractor known for their work in the commercial, education, and community spaces. As a project manager you will run large-scale projects in these sectors while working alongside some of the most skilled superintendents in the area. DescriptionOversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling of education and commercial construction projects from concept to completion
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning requirements
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to meet design specifications and client expectations
Lead communication with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and issue resolution
Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
Profile5+ years of commercial construction experience
Track record of delivering projects valued at $5M+Construction Management or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-perform project management experience a plus, but not necessary
Passion for delivering high-impact construction projects
Job OfferCompetitive base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 - dependent on experience401(k) with employer match
