Job Description
Construction ManagerWe are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of renewable energy projects, including utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage developments. This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while also maintaining strong relationships with contractors, landowners, and local stakeholders throughout the construction process.Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-TimeLocation: Fargo, NDCompensation: $150k/yearPosition Overview:
- Serve as the primary on-site representative during project construction.
- Oversee daily construction activities for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- Lead site meetings with contractors, utilities, and local officials.
- Monitor project progress related to schedule, safety, quality, and cost.
- Ensure all work follows OSHA and company safety standards.
- Support QA/QC processes and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Manage communication with landowners and local stakeholders during construction.
- Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Assist with budget tracking, change orders, and contractor coordination.

- 2- or 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of construction management experience
- Experience with substations, electrical infrastructure, or utility coordination preferred
- Experience working on large infrastructure or industrial projects is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
