Job Description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to support a major capital improvement program at LAX focused on modernizing passenger terminals and enhancing overall airport operations.
Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on active job sites
- Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedule, budget, and overall progress
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues
- Lead coordination meetings and maintain strong communication across teams
- Review and support resolution of change orders and construction challenges
- 10+ years of construction management experience (airport experience highly preferred)
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and project lifecycle
- Ability to lead in complex, active environments with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, etc.) are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and PM systems
