Must know HDD operations, safety, and field coordination.>Understanding of fiber installation standards and depth requirements>Ability to lead and coordinate drill crews and subcontractors>Knowledge of utility locates and bore paths>Skills in scheduling, production tracking, and problem-solving>Ability to read prints, maps, and bore logs>OSHA-aware>Ability to Learn Project tracking app, "Penguin"
