COMPENSATION:$90,000 BASE + COMMISSION

ATTAINABLE COMMISSION SHOULD BE 75% - TO - 125% OF BASE

SCHEDULE:

FULL-TIME, 35HOURS /WEEK25% IN OFFICE AND 75% FIELD POSITION*

*EXPECT TO SPEND 3-4 DAYS IN THE FIELD AND 1-2 IN THE OFFICE; 10% TRAVEL TO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA REQUIRED

COMPENSATION: $90,000 + COMMISSION (W-2 EMPLOYEE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

#1 Proactively engage with new andexisting customers regularly and maintain a level of responsiveness and support so Supply Patriot remains the #1 DVBE construction material supplier in California.

Success Metric: Engage with 100% of 60 existing customers in Southern California each month (average five per day with 80% drop-ins where you're dropping off a monthly snack basket for them)

Success Metric: Visit Northern California once a month, hitting 50% of the customers with each visit

Success Metric: Attend at least five industry events per month

#2 Strategically plan, track and input a succinct record of every prospective and existing customer engagement in our CRM

Success Metric: Prepare a detailed outreach plan each week and review it with your manager every Monday

Success Metric: Update the CRM in real-timein the customers' parking lot after each visit to capture all of the details

1. #3 Facilitate communications and help resolve issues (if any) between customer, vendor, and our internal contracts management and accounting teams

Success Metric: Respond to emails within three hours during normal business hours
