Construction Office Engineer I

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer to support a high-profile improvement program at LAX focused on enhancing the passenger experience throughout the Central Terminal Area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major airport infrastructure initiative involving design, construction, document control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Maintain project records and document control systems
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and project stakeholders
• Support project meetings by preparing agendas and meeting minutes
• Assist with project reporting and status updates
• Work within PM Web and other project management systems
• Create exhibits and presentation materials using electronic project files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of construction, engineering, or project controls experience
• Experience supporting large construction projects valued at $50M+
• Familiarity with document control, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
• PM Web experience is highly preferred
• Airport project experience is strongly preferred
