Construction Operations & Project Manager
Great Harbors Home Services is a growing residential remodeling and construction management company based in East Falmouth, Massachusetts. We partner with homeowners and subcontractors across the Cape to deliver high-quality renovation and building projects.
We're a small, hands-on company, so the work you do directly impacts our clients' experience and the future of the business. We are seeking an experienced construction professional to fill the role of Construction Operations & Project Manager.This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for financial performance, pricing discipline, systems development, and production execution across approximately $3,000,000 in annual residential construction volume. The role includes both financial accountability and field production
oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to project and product specifications, company standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor job site organization
- Review all construction documents and plans.
- Continuously seek improvements in methods, processes, and quality assurance.
- Establishing project budgets and cost codes
- Managing multiple active residential construction projects
- Directing field staff and subcontractors
- Conducting site visits and quality inspections
- Maintaining schedule coordination
- Enforcing written change order procedures
- Maintaining weekly financial reporting and margin visibility
- Resolving production issues
- Maintaining professional client communication
- Enforcing company workmanship and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and review engineering, architectural, and construction documents.
- Previous management and supervisory experience with budget responsibilities preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Additional Bonus Potential
- Full Time W-2 position
