Description

Step into a high-impact construction operations leadership role in Kansas City where you’ll help drive fast, high-quality restoration outcomes across residential and commercial projects. This Construction Operations Manager opportunity blends hands-on field leadership with strategic office planning, supported by a strong, accountable culture and a team focused on exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Operations Manager position include:

5+ years of Construction Project Management experience required; 1-2+ years in an operational or leadership role preferred
Insurance restoration and reconstruction experience strongly preferred
Strong Xactimate estimating and project management background required, including reviewing and approving large reconstruction estimates
Proven ability to oversee reconstruction operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and workflow management
Experience managing budgeting, estimating, subcontractors, and daily production meetings
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5-7 employees
Business development, process improvement, and P&L responsibility experience
Strong communication, accountability, and strategic planning skills

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year plus performance bonus.
