What You'll Do

As a Commercial Plumbing Helper, you'll assist experienced plumbers while learning the skills needed to build a successful career in commercial plumbing.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist Commercial Plumbers with plumbing installations on new construction and renovation projects
• Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each jobsite
• Learn commercial plumbing systems, materials, tools, and installation techniques through on-the-job training
• Assist with installing piping, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Learn to read blueprints and project specifications
• Support the team by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow written and verbal instructions from lead plumbers and leadership
• Communicate professionally with teammates, customers, contractors, and other trades on the jobsite

Commercial Plumbing Helper Qualifications

• Plumbing or construction experience is a plus but not required
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials throughout the day
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Valid driver's license preferred

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
