The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, technical credibility, and experience establishing structured commissioning frameworks for complex facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish commissioning governance, standards, and program controls across new fab project expansions.
  • Identify, standardize, and integrate commissioning program tools into project delivery lifecycle and enterprise systems to enable facilities start‑up and operational readiness
  • Define commissioning scope, execution requirements, system turnover expectations, and readiness criteria.
  • Integrate commissioning requirements into project plans, contracts, schedules, and delivery frameworks.
  • Establish reporting, metrics, and governance reviews to provide leadership insight into commissioning performance and readiness.
  • Document and integrate program expectations for test plans, validation protocols, startup planning, and turnover.
  • Drive phased cleanroom readiness strategies and turnover gates to support tool installation and operations handoff.
  • Work across construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to align commissioning scope, readiness expectations, and turnover requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in capital project delivery, commissioning, or construction management
  • Technical fluency across process facilities systems, including HVAC, process utilities, electrical, and controls
  • Experience developing and deploying program-level commissioning standards and performance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry standards and commissioning startup planning, turnover processes, and cleanroom or high-tech facility system validation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale capital programs (semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or similar)
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE Guidelines and Standards.
  • Experience working within multinational project environments with strong coordination across construction, engineering, and operations teams
  • Professional certifications (e.g., BCxA, BCxP, CxA, QCxP, CQE)
