Position Title: Construction Program ManagerLocation: IndianaEmployment Type: Full TimePosition Summary* Lead capital improvement programs and complex infrastructure projects from planning through closeout* Serve as owner representative ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in complianceKey Responsibilities* Develop and manage multi year capital plans and funding profiles* Prepare and oversee detailed project budgets and cost controls* Act as primary liaison between executive leadership, public stakeholders, consultants, and contractors* Oversee procurement, contractor selection, and contract administration in public sector environments* Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality across multiple concurrent projects* Provide executive level reporting on financial performance and program status* Ensure regulatory, safety, and contractual compliance* Support long term capital strategy and portfolio prioritization* Mentor and guide project managers and technical staff
