Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Manage job cost setup and maintenance (budgets, cost codes, commitments, change orders).
• Oversee AP/AR entries tied to projects; validate coding and approvals.
• Prepare and process progress billings (including lien waivers/backup documentation as needed).
• Track and reconcile subcontractor/vendor costs; help maintain accurate WIP reporting.
• Support monthly close activities related to projects; assist in variance analysis.
• Maintain organized project financial documentation; help improve processes and controls.
• Partner with PMs/ops leaders to surface cost trends, risks, and billing timing. [Ideal Cont...ient Visit | Txt]

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience; construction/project accounting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with job cost concepts: WIP, retainage, pay apps, change orders, commitments.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups); ERP/accounting software experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-moving, lean environment.
