• Manage project‑level financial functions including job cost tracking, AP/AR coding, subcontract invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
• Prepare and process monthly pay applications, lien waivers, change orders, and vendor payments with precision and timeliness.
• Provide Project Managers and leadership with ongoing reporting, forecasting, cost‑to‑complete analysis, and variance explanations.
• Support project closeout by ensuring all cost documentation, billings, and compliance records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to company accounting procedures.
• Serve as a resource to field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments for project accounting questions and documentation needs.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Project Accountant or in construction‑focused accounting
• Understanding of construction cost structures including labor, materials, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Proficiency with construction accounting or ERP systems.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills with the ability to support several active jobs simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and comfort partnering directly with project teams and field personnel.
