Construction Project Coordinator/APMA Rochester GC is looking for an additional Construction Project Coordinator/APM. Local work and working directly with the Director.About Our ClientA company is in the property industry, located in Rochester NY.Job DescriptionCoordinate project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals. Assist in managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project progress. Monitor and track project milestones and report progress to project managers and stakeholders. Support the preparation of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and implement solutions. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status and deliverables. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of project activities. Infrequent travel out of town on a case by case basis.The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Project Coordinator/APM should have: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage project details effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency with construction software and tools for scheduling and documentation.
