Job Description

Project CoordinatorA full-service general contracting firm located just outside of Overland Park, KS. They focus primarily multifamily and commercial projects, up to $40M in value. Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Project Coordinator to grow and develop with their resources and expertise.Job DescriptionCoordinate project schedules, resources, and tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Communicate project updates and milestones to internal teams and external stakeholders.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.Maintain accurate project documentation and records for compliance and reporting purposes.Support the project management team in planning and executing construction-related initiatives.Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution.Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for ongoing projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
