Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Support PM team with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control
• Track schedule updates, long-lead items, and material deliveries
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and change documentation
• Help manage closeout: O&M manuals, punchlists, warranty tracking
• Coordinate with field leadership to keep priorities aligned

Qualifications

• 1+ years in construction (internships/co-ops count)
• Degree in CM, Civil, or related (or equivalent experience)
• Comfortable learning Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project (or similar)
• Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
• Interest in building operations and jobsite exposure
