They are deeply committed to employee development, offering clear career paths that help individuals achieve their goals and advance professionally-resulting in an average employee tenure of over 10 years.Job DescriptionThe Project Engineer will be responsible for:Ensure all projects are built in accordance with drawings and specifications
Manage the distribution and coordination of RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Oversee and execute all material orders
Maintain accurate daily project documentation
Keep projects on schedule and meet key deadlines
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and maintain workflow
Organize and manage all field documents (drawings, specifications, etc.)Coordinate subcontractor activities across the jobsite
Actively participate in company training sessions

Experienced in occupied space projects a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
What's on OfferThe Project Engineer will be offered:Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
