Job Description

Project Engineer

Support Project Managers with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Assist in coordinating commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Participate in project scheduling, cost tracking, and construction administration activities. Visit project sites and collaborate with field teams to support successful execution. A successful Project Engineer should have: 1+ years of commercial construction experience on projects valued at $5M+. Experience in healthcare, education, or industrial construction preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Exposure to scheduling, cost controls, estimating, or scope management is a plus. Proactive, positive, and motivated to grow into a future leadership position.

Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 + 7.5% Bonus + 3 Weeks PTO. Defined career progression from Project Engineer through executive leadership levels.
