Job Purpose

As a Construction Project Estimator/Coordinator at Willborn, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals by providing timely and accurate project cost estimates and contracts. You will also track progress and coordinate multiple construction projects that may be at various stages of execution simultaneously.

Essential Results

Ensure Project Accuracy: Ensure construction projects are of the highest quality and built to customer specifications.
Deliver Timely Projects: Ensure construction teams deliver projects and documentation accurately and on time.
Protect Project Profitability: Meet revenue, expense, and overall profit goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous estimating or project management experience.
Experience in basic construction practices is a plus.
Must be 18 years of age.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.
High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret plans, establish project controls and schedules. Prior experience is a plus.
Proficiency in estimating and CAD software suites. Prior experience is a plus.
Proficient in Windows PC and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, both orally and in writing.
Willingness to seek out information from a diverse array of project stakeholders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to constantly move objects.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection.
