This role involves managing all project phases, from planning and subcontractor coordination to quality control and financial oversight, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure and facilities. Responsibilities

Develop safety plans and serve as main contact for owners/engineers/architects
Prequalify subcontractors, analyze bids, prepare contracts
Create logistics/phasing plans, coordinate subcontractors
Manage project startup, permits, mobilization
Update schedules (Primavera P6 preferred), track RFIs/RFPs/Change Orders
Implement quality control, expedite submittals/deliveries
Review reports, approve invoices, prepare payments
Oversee close-out and mentor junior staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related; Building Construction preferred
Minimum 5 years' construction experience
Proficient in project management duties
Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical aspects
Financial accounting knowledge
Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
Willingness to travel
