Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial / Industrial construction, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects to high standard.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient project progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports on project activities.
  • Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget.

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
