Our projects typically range from $5M-$12M and involve significant coordination with owners, consultants, inspectors, utility providers, and regulatory agencies. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of public works construction and project delivery.

The Project Manager will oversee public works construction projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement activities, client communication, and overall project execution while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and public agency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeoutDevelop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reportingCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholdersManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administrationServe as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and public agenciesSupport field operations alongside Superintendents and project teamsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and public works requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of Construction Project Management experienceStrong public works and public agency project experienceExperience with prevailing wage, public bidding, utility coordination, permits, inspections, and government contractsProficiency with Procore and Primavera P6Knowledge of grading, paving, concrete, site development, scheduling, and cost controlExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
