Job DetailsThe Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage projects from award through final completion
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and change management
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership
• Lead project meetings and serve as the primary client contact
• Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and partners
• Local or regional experience in Michigan preferred
