Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of complex commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage client relationships, project teams, and financial performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Responsibilities1. Lead all phases of project management including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.2. Oversee preconstruction coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management.3. Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and implement effective solutions.4. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.6. Mentor project engineers and field staff to promote professional growth and teamwork.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.2. 7–10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects; healthcare, life sciences, or interiors experience preferred.3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.4. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.5.
