Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Coordinate all project activities with the Superintendent and Project TeamOversee and manage all project finances and contract documentsPrepare and maintain the project schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and subcontractorsCoordinate and implement the project budgetSupervise submittal log and processSchedule and conduct regular owner and subcontractor meetingsReview and process all subcontractor RFI’s and RFP’s for approvalPrepare, distribute and acquire approval of all Owner Change Order requestsDevelop and distribute all subcontractor Change Orders and associated budget revisionsDevelop and distribute monthly Owner Applications for paymentSupervise all project administrative logs and close-out activitiesManage multiple projects at varying stages within a development cycleLead and enforce company safety standards and requirementsManage a project team, providing oversight, direction, and mentoringIdentify and resolve all project issues and problemsManage the project schedule to a timely and successful completionManage green building requirements

Qualifications:

B.S. in Building Construction Management or other related curriculum5+ years commercial construction experience as a Project Manager10+ years overall commercial construction experienceProven experience managing $20 Million+ projectsExperience in construction estimating, accounting, and document administrationExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skillsActive participant in a team environment
