Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic growth by providing overall project leadership and ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact with clients to assess project scope and required resourcesPrepare complete and accurate project estimates, including review of specifications, drawings, takeoffs, and contractsOversee total construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered according to design, budget, and scheduleCoordinate with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersPlan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material controlProvide leadership and oversight to superintendents and subcontractors as requiredOffer technical guidance, interpret drawings, recommend construction methods and equipment, and manage change ordersEnsure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual compliancePrepare monthly project status reports, including cost forecasts and progress updatesLead pre-construction efforts when assigned, providing guidance and direction to the teamMaintain organized and accurate project documentationManage administrative responsibilities including contracts, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and correspondenceMaintain responsibility for overall project profitabilityPrepare and coordinate all required project closeout documentationPartner closely with site leadership to coordinate daily trade activitiesPerform other duties as assigned
