Job Details

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, or similar building types
• Full ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects or phases depending on size
• Strong understanding of cost control, change orders, and project financials
