We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team who is ready to take ownership of projects, build strong relationships, and help deliver high-quality construction outcomes across our organization.
Here's what you'll do:
- Lead construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee budgets, estimates, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and stakeholders
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure jobsite progress and quality standards
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in development and maintenance of project schedules
- Align with Superintendent on sequencing and daily operations
- Identify and help resolve risks, conflicts, and constraints
Cost and Financial Management
- Track costs and maintain project cost reports
- Assist with forecasting and budget control
- Review subcontractor pay applications
- Identify and track change orders
Contract and Document Management
- Assist in writing and reviewing subcontract agreements
- Develop and verify scopes of work
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Ensure all documents are current and properly distributed
Procurement and Logistics
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
- Track long lead items and support purchasing
Field and Subcontractor Coordination
- Support Superintendent in daily operations and jobsite coordination
- Assist in tracking subcontractor performance and compliance
- Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and contract requirements
It would be great if you also have:
- PMP or CCM certification
- Experience with LEED or sustainable construction practices
- Familiarity with BIM software
