Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of natural gas and power generation projects. This role will oversee all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through commissioning—ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of natural gas and power generation construction projects including pipelines, compressor stations, substations, and generation facilities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Lead project planning, risk management, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, FERC, state/local agencies).
- Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and stakeholder updates.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
- Track project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage procurement, change orders, and contract negotiations.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership and clients.
- Support commissioning, startup, and project close-out activities.
$75,000 - $110,000 a year
