Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of natural gas and power generation projects. This role will oversee all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through commissioning—ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle of natural gas and power generation construction projects including pipelines, compressor stations, substations, and generation facilities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
Lead project planning, risk management, and execution strategies.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, FERC, state/local agencies).
Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and stakeholder updates.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
Track project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage procurement, change orders, and contract negotiations.
Provide regular reporting to executive leadership and clients.
Support commissioning, startup, and project close-out activities.
