Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high‑end restaurant construction projects-both ground‑up and interiors-across multiple states. This role requires a strong command of luxury finishes, schedule execution, and client communication in fast‑paced build environments.
Client Details
Our client is an established commercial general contractor with over five decades of experience, licensed in 27 states and known for delivering complex, high‑end restaurant environments with premium finishes. They are highly selective, operate quickly when they identify strong talent, and maintain a consistent pipeline of luxury hospitality work.
Description
- Manage all phases of high‑end restaurant construction projects ($5M+ typical value, ground‑up and interiors).
- Oversee subcontractor performance, material procurement, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents-including traveling supers-to ensure seamless field execution.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams.
- Uphold strict quality standards aligned with high‑finish restaurant expectations (e.g., Del Frisco's, Fogo de Chão, Cheesecake Factory‑caliber environments).
- Ensure projects adhere to safety, permitting, and compliance requirements across multiple states.
- Support estimating and preconstruction as needed, including review of drawings, scope, and vendor pricing.
Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing luxury or high‑end hospitality projects, ideally restaurants; fast food / fast casual experience alone will not be considered.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑state projects, complex finish packages, and demanding client expectations.
- Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and problem‑solving.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset, with the ability to work closely with supers and executives.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments where the company moves quickly on high‑caliber candidates.
