Construction Project Manager- Commercial

Our client is a reputable general contractor whose focus and expertise lies in the commercial construction space. Our client regularly bids/wins projects in New Haven, CT and surrounding counties and are hiring a Construction Project Manager- Commercial in New Haven, CT due to growth and robust pipeline.

Job Description

Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders. Review and manage contracts and change orders as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
