Construction Project Manager | Kansas City, MO

Project ManagerLead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers. Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals. Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture. Creates and reviews project schedules. Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout. Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion. Bachelor's degree in construction field required. Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects. Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate. Success driven. Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors.
