Commercial Project Manager OpportunityOur client is known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership team, and diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects across healthcare, education, retail, office, and light industrial sectors. Arkansas General Contractor specializing within commercial construction with a project focus on Light industrial, education, Senior living, big box retail projects ranging from $10m-50M in value.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will report to Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for the financial, contractual, and operational success of assigned projects. The Project Manager will work closely with a Superintendent who operates as an equal project leader, creating a highly collaborative project environment.Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Lead client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution
Coordinate procurement, contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
Partner with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved
Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation efforts

Experience delivering healthcare, education, commercial, office, retail, industrial, manufacturing, or defense-related projects
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30MExperience with construction management software and project controls systems
Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
Ability to travel within Arkansas as project needs require
