Job Description

Job TitleLead Complex CMAR Commercial ProjectsJob DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead CMAR delivery efforts alongside owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Develop and manage project budgets, GMP proposals, forecasts, and cost estimates. Oversee project schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities. Manage project financials while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and support staff

The Successful Applicant7+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven experience delivering CMAR projects for municipal, education, healthcare, or other public-sector clients. Strong knowledge of preconstruction services, GMP development, value engineering, and constructability reviews. Proficiency with Procore, Sage, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.What's On OfferCompetitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 135,000. Performance-based bonus.
