Commercial Interiors General Contractor Project ManagerOur client is a well-established Commercial Interiors General Contractor delivering high-quality workplace, retail, hospitality, and tenant improvement projects throughout NYC. Known for their collaborative culture, repeat business, and commitment to excellence, they offer a dynamic environment where talented construction professionals can thrive.Job DescriptionManage commercial interiors and retail projects from planning through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and client teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and risks. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
