Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Drive milestones across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout

Maintain progress to ensure on-time, on-budget completion

Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors across project phases

Collaborate with the project team to develop subcontracts and purchase orders

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain alignment

Partner with the Superintendent to execute field operations

Oversee contract administration, permits, and compliance requirements

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring strong financial performance

Communicate consistently with internal teams and external partners

Lead project closeout, including documentation and final deliverables
