Job Description
Oversee large ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction projects ranging from $20M-$60M. Lead project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.

The Successful Applicant
Experience managing large scale woodframe multifamily construction projects preferred (ideally valued at $20M+). Proven experience overseeing large, ground-up multifamily, mid-rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
