Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Join a growing general contractor with a strong hospitality project portfolio.

Manage hospitality construction projects from inception to completion.

Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates during preconstruction.

Develop budgets, scopes of work, and bid packages.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Monitor project schedules, costs, and overall performance.

Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.

Review drawings and specifications for constructability and pricing.

Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Collaborate with field teams to support successful project execution.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

3+ years of project management, estimating, or construction management experience.

Experience managing commercial, hospitality, hotel, or renovation projects.

Ground-up construction experience

Turnkey renovation experience

Proven experience preparing estimates, budgets, and bid packages.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management.

Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.

Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Proficiency with construction management and estimating software.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
