Job Description
Project ManagerA national builder and developer located in Salt Lake City, UT. They specialize in sports, renewable energy, data centers, and healthcare markets. Portfolio consists of projects from $50M and up, and have a strong pipeline going in to 2030. With the growth of their local pipeline, they are looking to build their project management team. As their office expands, there is much room for professional growth and upward mobility.Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met effectively. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external partners. Experience with ground up construction projects is required
Experience with commercial projects is required, with a preference for healthcare and industrial experience
Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee project teams effectively.Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and team members.Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges and deliver solutions.Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $160,000 annually (depending on experience). Standard benefits including health, dental, and vision. Company vehicle provided (option for a car allowance). 401k and match; 5 weeks PTO. All local work within Salt Lake City.
