Job Description
Project Manager
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on track and on budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings while driving quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven ability to lead projects with minimal oversight. Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project financials. Healthcare and/or K-12 project experience is highly preferred. Collaborative communicator with a self-starter mentality and strong leadership skills.
Salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually. 100% employer-paid healthcare coverage plus employer-funded HSA/FSA contributions.
